2. Estimates, Scheduling & Cancellations

2.3 Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and the nature of the work.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window, but timing may be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, or other factors.
If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

2.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling by Client

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.
We may charge a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations or repeated last-minute changes, as outlined in your estimate or invoice.
If we arrive at the property and are unable to access the work area due to locked gates, alarms, pets, or other obstacles, a trip charge may apply.

3. Payments & Invoices

Payment terms will be stated on your estimate or invoice. Common terms may include payment upon completion or a deposit prior to starting work.
We may accept various forms of payment such as cash, check, credit/debit card, or electronic payment, as specified on your invoice.
Invoices are due by the due date listed. Late payments may be subject to late fees, interest, or collection costs as permitted by law.
If payment is not received, Shore Fix 30A LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services and pursue any legal remedies available.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
